Notice of Annual General Meeting 29th June 2026 at 5pm

The Annual General Meeting will be preceded by a drinks reception for members and their partners at 4.00 p.m. It would assist with catering arrangements if you could notify your attendance to andrew.blundy@gmail.com. There will also be an opportunity before the A.G.M. to look around the Church and the Crypt, and look at the plans for the Commonwealth and Gurkha Memorial Garden.

The Annual General Meeting of the Woolwich Garrison Church Trust will take place on Monday 29th June 2026 at 5.00 p.m. at St George’s Garrison Church, Grand Depot Road, LONDON, SE18 6BW to transact the following business:

1. To receive any apologies for absence.

2. To approve the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting on 7th June 2025.

3. To appoint Ordinary Trustees. The following nominations have been received:

(E) Minutes Secretary. Peter Waller has been nominated

Any further nominations for these posts should be notified to the Chair or Honorary Secretary in advance of the meeting.

5. To receive the accounts of The Woolwich Garrison Church Trust for the year ended 31st December 2025.

6. To receive an oral report from the Chair on the activities of the Trust since the last Annual General Meeting.

7. To consider any Ordinary Motions tabled by Members (which should be notified to the Chair or Secretary before the meeting).

8. To consider any other business. Such business should be notified to the Chair or Honorary Secretary in advance of the meeting.
